Save the Dates are typically sent 9 months to 1 year in advance of the date. Formal invitations are then sent around 6-9months before your date.
I typically recommend getting in touch 3-4 months before the send out date needed, although I do always keep expedited availability for any urgent requests.

Once we have finalised the items you’re after and the illustration/design style desired, I will send over my invoice for the design work.
This design payment is due in full to secure my availability and booking.
Only after designs have been finalised and print proofs signed off will be sent the final invoice for the printing/ production.

My turnaround time ranges from 2-6 weeks depending on the stationery items required.
I strive to complete first looks and any subsequent revisions within 2 weeks of your booking start date, but do rely on client communication and finalised copy in order to meet this.

For any standard finish stationery items I offer a wide range or paper choices and sizes in house.
For any special finishes such as letterpress & embossing, I work closely with a local independent print studio to bring these to life.
I don’t offer envelope addressing in house, but have a trusted print partner for this service.
I also don’t send guest invites out directly to each individual, but can send all invites/ suites to you packaged and ready to send.

Yes. I work with a large number of international clients and ship to most counties across the world.
Postage estimates will therefore always be provided before sending over any finalised invoices for design or print work.

Yes, if you are a bespoke client of mine you are able to use the illustrations/ designs created on your wedding website ONLY or any other wedding based assets.
If you let me know what file types are needed I can send files over in these formats.

Yes, I can create stationery for anything from birthdays and baby showers to weddings and events.

If you wish to cancel any bespoke work once the design invoice has been paid, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify me prior to 48 hours before the given start date.
Once design work has started the booking payment is non refundable, although I will do my best to reschedule or delay if needed.

Yes.
In order to showcase my work and reach new clients, I post current and past design work on both my socials and website.
When sharing designs to any socials I will blur full names, personal information and any website & RSVP links/ codes to maintain client privacy.
If you wish all information such as dates, locations and first names to be blurred, please let me know prior to booking.
