Christmas 2025 Delivery Dates.

Save The Dates - Guaranteed Christmas Delivery

November 28th: Last day for ALL International orders

December 12th - Midnight: Last day for ALL UK STANDARD DELIVERY orders

December 14th - Midnight: Last day for ALL UK orders with 48 HOUR and NEXT DAY DELIVERY

EI will be closing over Christmas from 15/12/25 - 04/01/26.

All orders placed after the December 15th cut off will be dispatched from 05/01/26

*Please note that each year from November onwards, shipping delays are to be expected.

Orders are sent on time and with your chosen shipping method, but unfortunately some orders may be delayed as a result of the increased demand on the postal services.

Refunds

*As we are a small business passionate about minimising waste, all of our prints are made to order, so please note we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted and orders that are incorrectly addressed.

Once you receive your order confirmation, please make sure all the information provided is correct, or contact us before your order is dispatched if you have any amendments.

If your print arrives damaged or is unable to be delivered to the correct address, please get in touch for a replacement order or a full refund.

International Shipping.

  • We are based in the UK, but currently ship Internationally to the majority of countries around the world.

  • We have flat-rate shipping costs and delivery times for all available shipping destinations.

  • All international orders have economy (untracked) and standard and express (tracked) delivery options.

  • If ordering with a tracked delivery option, It is your responsibility to track your order as it travels to your delivery address & depending on your location, this can take anywhere between 7-20 working days to arrive.

    Fees.

Please be aware that orders from outside of the UK (including EU countries) may now be subject to fees at border control. Any customs fees or VAT fees incurred are your responsibility to pay and these will vary depending on the country of delivery and size of package.
